  this track is about the socialization of (particularly) women to associate sex with shame and guilt. there's the voice of society ("that girl oughtta be ashamed of herself!","you used to be sweet and clean") contrasted by the stronger and more persistant voices of the women who are unapologetic about their desires ("do you want to make whopee tonight?","i just like to play around, but i'm all right"). it also brings up issues of class and sex, as the 'upper class' likes to pretend they never have sex, all the while lambasting the 'lower class' for having too much of it.
